These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Day Planner Pro (the “Service”), operated by Todd Ridgway and available at dayplannerpro.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Day Planner Pro is a daily planner and journaling application. It helps you set a mission, plan tasks and projects, track habits and streaks, focus with built-in timers, set weekly priorities, and keep a private journal. The Service has no AI features.
You sign in using your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and for activity that occurs under your account.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. Because every user receives a full 14-day free trial before any payment, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using it for unlawful purposes.
The content you enter — including planner entries, notes, and journal reflections — is stored in our database so it syncs across your devices. It is not sent to any third-party AI provider for processing or model training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you consider critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Daily Page and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
